6-8 Klondike GoldustTM potatoes
2 Tbs. butter
2 Tbs. olive oil
2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
2 tsp. thyme
2 tsp. basil
In a large bowl add potatoes, olive oil, salt, pepper, thyme, and basil. Mix together until well combined.
Place butter and potato mixture in Crock-Pot.
Cover and cook on low for 6 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
