Potato References
Books, Periodicals and other publications There are a number of books, periodicals, publications, etc., which discuss potatoes. Many are oriented toward the growing of potatoes, and some are historical in nature. There are many good books for children in this list.
Before we go on, a special thanks to the Potato Information Exchange and its author, A.R.Mosley of the Department of Crop & Soil Science, OSU, Corvallis OR, for one of the most comprehensive web sites that we've seen.
